Important Information about future workshop registrations!
ACTIVENet and what it means for you! We understand that many of you are looking forward to our summer training schedule and rest assured, it will be available to you very soon, in June! We’re also very excited to let you know that we will have ACTIVENet as our NEW registration platform for all our future workshops!

To prepare for your future workshop registrations, please take a few moments to complete your profile in myymca.ca. This step will help when you begin to access our training schedule online. Please note that for you to receive your certificates of participation after attending a workshop, you will also need to include your email address in your myymca.ca profile.

Important Request: We ask our CCRR members to contact us after creating their profiles so that we can activate their YMCA CCRR membership, this will then allow you to receive the YMCA CCRR workshops at the members' rate. Call the YMCA Tri-Cities CCRR at 604-931-3400, or the Burnaby/New Westminster CCRR at 604-294-1109, or email us at [email protected] and activate your YMCA CCRR membership today!

The YMCA CCRR offices will be closed Saturday, May 22 - May 24, 2026 for Victoria Day.

Introducing the Westcoast Child Care Resource Centre (WCCRC) Administration & Management for Child Care Program, a training initiative created to support ECE leaders and students across BC. This program is available through the BC Early Years Professional Development Hub.
 
Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP) is offering Promoting outdoor play in schools and communities: Moving from risk and barriers to opportunities and facilitators. Presented by Dr. Eva Oberle, Dr. Marian Brussoni, and Megan Zeni. Learn about how outdoor play promotes children’s healthy social and physical development, emotional wellbeing, self-confidence, risk management and provides opportunities for being physically active.
